Our Mission

The mission of Leadership Northeast is to develop informed and committed leaders from all segments of the community who will serve, strengthen and improve Northeastern Pennsylvania. Hundreds of people connect with LNE every year through our six Leadership programs, community impact project initiatives and active alumni network. There are multiple entry points into the organization offering varying degrees of opportunity to explore your potential, widen your sphere of influence, engage in authentic relationships with other leaders, and ultimately impact the quality of life in our region.

Core Program

Designed for adult professionals to develop leadership skills, become more involved within our community, and build connections through networking events.

Impact: Leadership in Education

Brings together the region’s education professionals for a series of interactive sessions designed to empower teachers to be progressive agents of positive change within schools.

Junior Leadership Program

Community based leadership program for high school juniors who learn leadership development, community awareness and meet with area leaders in business, government and Education.

Executive Leadership

A community orientation program for professionals who have recently moved to the area or those who want to be reacquainted with the community.

Amplify: Women's Leadership Certificate Program

A premier women’s leadership certificate program offering cutting-edge leadership development, high-level networking opportunities, and a dynamic series of speakers who will address the unique needs of women in the workforce.

Leadership Northeast Team Cuts Ribbon for Basement Remodel at Gather Community Space

In This To-Gather, a Leadership Northeast project, celebrated the successful completion of the basement remodel at Gather Community Space with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 15.
