Baskets for New Beginnings Fundraiser
$20
A one hour self defense class presented by the Junior Leadership Wilkes-Barre group, Baskets for New Beginnings. This class is $20 and all proceeds benefit the project for the Domestic Violence Service Center. The group is filling baskets with household items to present to residents leaving the center when they are entering their new homes.

PAWS in the PARK – Family Fun Day
Bring your family for a day of fun including music, face painting, Disney characters meet & greet, games, raffle baskets, puppies, and more! This event is free of charge, brought to you by the Junior Leadership Wilkes-Barre Program Class of 2019. All donations are directly given to the charity Pawsabilities, an organization raising puppies for the blind.
